There are two types of partnership as follows:

Informal partners are those who help with the working up of A1 Positive Recycling and may be involved in the delivery (e.g. members of a project steering group, or informal advisors) Such partners may be drawn from the voluntary, statutory or commercial sector, where mutual objectives are being met, or the specific partner has a mission to support A1 Positives community and management groups.

Formal Partners are partnership organisations who are working directly with A1 Positive Recycling to deliver and co-manage the project. Such partners may be drawn from the voluntary, statutory or commercial sector. In this case there will be an identifiable contribution in terms of service delivery management. Some of these contributions may attract remuneration for services, e.g. bookkeeping, payroll, administration and management, and service delivery.

“A Lack of Practical-hands-on-Help and support in England”

A1 would like to receive development support, representation, guidance and information voluntary, community and social enterprise, working to manage resources sustainably in Exeter & for REalliance to give A1 Positive Recycling a stronger, more coherent voice to Government, industry and other partners. Our ambition is to reach beyond existing networks and engage everybody in England who is working to build a sustainable resource economy. This is about much more than waste – it’s about resource efficiency, people, skills, poverty, financial inclusion, social justice, community cohesion, local economies, value, conservation, design, innovation and activism: everything we need to reduce our consumption and redistribute resources more effectively. Simple. none of which has ever been received From Wrap or Realliance Why?

The aim of the project is to raise enough funds to build an alternative technology/education center for the South West of England
through the following:- Secure On-Site Data Wiping, IT Refurbishment, Asset Management, IT Recycling Services to the commercial and private Sector throughout Exeter & Devon. I’m looking for practical hands-on help & support to help make Devon an Eco-friendly County by recycling all of our waste locally in Devon this will reduce Co2 emissions & cut the carbon footprint for the South West of England and attaract more customers to do business with the South-West of England. I would also like to create jobs from within the recycling project for the county of Devon through contracts that will create vacancies this will then help us to grow and then careers will be available to grow our positive team, we are now looking for people in Exeter to become part of the A1 Team as a part of the future jobs fund leading onto full-time paid employment after the initial future jobs fund of 6 months has run out for people aged 18 to 24 years of age to work up to 25 hours a week.”

As the project is not yet handling tonnages, it seems likely that the appropriate level of support from the programme would be for you to provide some days of direct support. However, please can you confirm that you think this is correct having talked to Neil on (01392) 202779.

Neil has lots of ideas about how to take the project forward but, from talking to him he needs some support to help prioritise where to put his effort first. Additionally given Neil has Dyslexia and Aspergas, he may need some practical-hands-on-help in completing forms.
