Devon Community Project suffers from intelctual Property Theft

As you may or may not be aware me and my co-director both suffer with Dyslexia and we where adviced to speak to local organisations and work in partnership and over the past five years these organisations have stolen parts of our project and made vast amounts of money from it and one of the organisations was given money by DWP/DCC who gave them over £80Million last year alone and this year two of these organisation who have stolen our project have been awarded a further £7.5Million each for the next 12 Months.

We are very, very upset by all of this as our not-for-profit organisation has been ripped off and we have become victims of intellectual property theft and we have not got the funds to find a good lawyer to take these organisations to court we ask what help you can give us with this problem?

As our Project is worth a massive £250Billion to the UK Market under the Producer Responsibility Legislation, further income streams will be gained through our retail side of our not-for-profit project in Exeter and Devon the project will grow to become a county wide scheme with your full support.

We have been pushed around from pillar to post by various governmental agencies and organisations only to be ripped of and treated very, very badly indeed by local Jobcentres and SWRDA, public officials, Business Link, I have attached my portfolio for you to read through so that you may understand what I have been through and my frustrations with UK corruption in the UK.

I have the answers to solve the UK’s energy crisis and more practical-solutions from the ground up where all Government departments are all currently failing the British public, A1 Positive will deliver for Devon and the South-West as we are in touch with what people want from the ground up to give them value for money and new-practical-solutions in saving our environment and our economy in Devon.

We also Ask the question why £77Billion of British Taxpayers Money is thrown away to the Corrupt EU in Brussels every Year?

Even Local MP’s have been stealing my ideas since 2003 to make themselves look good in the Media to take all the credability for my work this is a real scandal as I’m sure you would agree.

Leaked EU Policy Documents

Leaked policy documents reveal that the United Nations plans to create a “green world order” by 2012 which will be enforced by a structure of global governance and funded by a gargantuan $45 trillion transfer of wealth from richer countries, as the globalists’ insidious plan to centralize power, crush sovereignty while devastating the economy is exposed once again.

Big Society Agenda Scandal an insult to the UK British Taxpayers

Big Society Agenda Scandal is an insult to the UK British Taxpayers & Workforce of England

There is no help from the ground up for New projects.

I’m ashamed of England Why because I have been to these meetings and it has already been decided exactly how the taxpayers money is going to be spent beforehand.

This is not the way forward as the public need to vote on how we want our money spent for instance Exeter City Council collects £65Million Pounds in Council Tax and Business Rates each month. Fact.

The People of Exeter is never asked how we want our taxes invested instead £12Million is kept to fund the very High salaries of City Council staff. Chief Executive gets £165,000 Per year, Deputy Executive Gets £86,500 Per year. Fact

The rest of the £53Million Pounds each month goes to the treasury to pay the big fat cats in parliament to claim very, very high salaries to live it up for doing nothing is that what the British Public actually wants?

The same old story they steal our money then give nothing back in return they give it in one hand and take it from the next corruption at it’s best Money for Nothing & they get cheques for free.

This Big society is just another means to justify MP’s and Politicians to try and justify the very high salaries they get paid for doing nothing a huge UK scam to the UK British Public who was not even asked or offered to do a public vote on how our money is spent the Big society is just part of another Government programme that has failed before it began as without the British Public’s Support it will never work this is just another Scandal that shows a grave disrespect to the Great British Public in the UK. Together we can strengthen the social economy!

In our current economic climate dominated by public sector spending cuts, doesn’t it make sense for social enterprises and other third sector organisations to strengthen their position by trading with each other?

A1 Positive are working with Shop for Change and we’re aiming to make a dramatic difference to the profitability of social enterprises and trading third sector organisations – and we need your help:

If you are a third sector organisation looking for a supplier, consult our ‘Where to Shop‘ page. If you don’t find what you are looking for, let us know and we’ll do our best to either find an existing supplier or encourage someone to start trading to fill the gap.

If you know of any third sector suppliers not listed, again let us know and we’ll invite them to join the directory.
Most importantly, sign up to the Shop for Change Pledge. You can then display the Shop for Change symbol on your emails, on your website and on your merchandise to show that you are committed to trying to source whatever you can from Devon-based social enterprises.

*Britain’s recycling record is among the worst in Europe*

Why the UK have been loosing Billions of Pounds in funding due to lazy politicians and Councils

Britain is at “the bottom of the heap” in recycling its rubbish, according to a study of the green credentials of European Union countries.

Of the EU’s 25 member states, only Greece and Portugal recycle a smaller proportion of their waste than Britain. The report by the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) and Green Alliance, which revealed the EU league table, called on local authorities to be given powers to charge a “pay-as-you-throw” fee for collecting non-recyclable rubbish.

Their survey found that only 18 per cent of municipal waste is recycled in Britain, compared to 28 per cent in France, 58 per cent in Germany and 65 per cent in the Netherlands, which tops the EU league.

Nick Pearce, director of the IPPR think tank, said: “The UK is bottom of the heap in Europe when it comes to recycling. Our European neighbours have shown that where charges are commonplace, recycling rates will rise. But to make sure any charging scheme for rubbish collection is fair, it needs be accompanied by a reduction in council tax and an improvement in recycling facilities the UK should have reached 75% recycling targets by 2008″

Julie Hill, of the Green Alliance pressure group, said: “There are few better routes to higher recycling than through giving householders financial incentives. They are a proven, positive and logical way of changing our throwaway society.”

The report says some parts of Germany, where local bodies charge around 18 pence per kilo for waste not recycled, have boosted the proportion of recyclable materials to more than 65 per cent. Despite the British Government’s attempts to persuade people to recycle more of their rubbish, it is only now on course to meet its target set in 2000 for 25 per cent of waste to be recycled.

Recycling rates vary sharply throughout Britain, said the report. The councils recycling the highest proportion of waste in England are St Edmundsbury, Forest Heath, South Cambridgeshire, Lichfield and Harborough. Those with the lowest share are Newham, Tower Hamlets, Liverpool, High Peak and Wirral.

It emerged yesterday that some authorities are already using hidden electronic bin tags that could help monitor how much people throw away. Councils confirmed that hundreds of thousands of identification chips have been put in wheelie bins.

The devices, about the size of a penny, are placed in the lip of the bin and can be scanned as it is tipped into a dustcart, some of which contain weighing equipment which can link this information to the amount of rubbish collected from each owner.

But privacy campaigners have expressed concern. Simon Davies, the founder of Privacy International, said the tags were the “thin end of the wedge” and would inevitably be used to boost revenue. The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs said local authorities had not been told to use the tags but confirmed that the Government is looking at a “range of options” to help the UK meet tough European landfill reduction targets. The department has paid £5m to councils to fund 40 pilot schemes, that included waste monitoring.

The Local Government Association (LGA) has urged the Government to give councils the power to introduce variable waste charging. Paul Bettison, who chairs the LGA’s environment board, said people who do not recycle should be made to pay more as they receive an extra service.

He said: “We tried to persuade people that it is good to recycle. Now we are seeing that not everybody was persuaded and now we have got to really encourage them.” Mr Bettison said collecting general information about the amount of waste created by a community was not a “state or personal secret”. http://www.foe.co.uk/resource/press_releases/government_still_failing_o.html

Alternative Technology Works

Hello Friends,

Big Oil and Big Energy must really LOVE free energy.
If they didn’t, then why on earth would they acquire ALL the available energy patents?

Surely they want to use them to help you save more money on gas and electricity costs, or even to cut down on those deadly CO2 emissions. Right?

WRONG!
It’s not love… but it is a feeling just as powerful. It’s called “desperation”.
And this is the cold hard truth:
Corporate execs are scared in their pants that one invention might obsolete their multi-billion dollar cash-cows.

Want proof?
Look no further than the electric car.
Almost 20 years ago, genius inventor Stan Ovshinsky delivered GM a super-battery
with an autonomy of 201 miles on a single charge (at least 3x more than the best car battery!)

Guess what GM did with that invention.
No, they didn’t use it to create a highly-efficient electric car.

Instead, what they did was SELL IT to Chevron – the Oil mammoth. And that was the end of the road for large capacity EV batteries.

These are the same perverted powers that killed Nikola Tesla’s fuelless generator:
Tesla was secretly researching a way to harness cosmic energy and then to transmit it wirelessly to every home.

But when word got out, J.P. Morgan cut all his funding… and Tesla’s 2-story
transmission tower was never used.

status quo is either bought out, or Free energy was – and still is – a huge threat for the establishment… and everyone who wants to challenge the silenced.

The owners of this site are already being hard pressed to close shop… so if you want to learn more about Tesla’s leaked files, this is the time to do it.

Your friends,

E-Waste

Press Release

12 November 2010

Business owners warned over e-waste responsibilities
THE UK’s biggest criminal probe into electrical waste exports means business owners must examine how they dispose of old electricals warns a recycling expert.

This month nine individuals were charged with illegally exporting electrical goods for disposal overseas, following a two-year investigation by The Environment Agency.

This recent clampdown suggests many more fines could follow, according to Neil Wintrip co-founder of A1 Positive Recycling Project limited, a regulated electronics recycling business.

A1 Positive Recycling Project Limited works with councils and businesses across the UK to help them comply with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive.
He says:
“Businesses exporting waste illegally need to be made an example of. The message is getting clearer – and authorities are getting tougher. Organisations need to be aware they have a legal responsibility to dispose of electrical waste responsibly. Those that don’t have a high risk of being caught out, it’s just a matter of time.”

If broken electrical and hazardous waste ends up in the wrong hands, the consequences are serious, particularly for those working on waste sites in developing countries. Wintrip continues:
“Businesses may not realise they’re doing anything wrong, but this will be no excuse. They must audit the businesses they use to recycle their old electronics.

“All local authorities are required to make sure electrical and electronic goods are stored securely and only sent to authorised facilities. When appointing a business to collect your electrical waste, always ask to see evidence the recycling firm is reputable and authorised for recycling and disposal.

Wintrip says organisations need to consider security too:
“Organisations need to consider their data protection policies. They need to make sure their recycling firm issues evidence they are erasing data with software that eradicates sensitive information. Always check your recycler’s International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) accreditation and waste management licenses.”

The electrical market in the UK is estimated to be worth £23 billion per year. To reduce your Carbon Footprint get in touch.

Summerway, Exeter News

Dear Summerway Friends,

It is surely time for an update. This one was started two or three months ago, and is only just ready for release. The campaign isn’t flagging. There is a great deal of background activity.

The City Council maintains its ‘head-in-the-sand’ attitude following its autocratic bullying of Summerway Tennis. As I continue to work on this, I’m also taking a stand against selected instances of similar behaviour by powerful organisations supposedly providing a public service.

• Insite Required! It’s not quite a rusting hulk (yet), but the photos taken recently of the rusting Heavitree Arch clearly indicate it should not have been left out in the rain. The suggestions in my YouTube video (view) for more appropriate siting were ill-advised. I didn’t realise it was “For indoor use only”, presumably mentioned in the manufacturer’s instructions. The obvious place to put it was inside the Guildhall, encouraging the City Council to meditate on financial folly each time it meets.

• Summerway Affiliation/Registration. Summerway Junior LTC has been quiescent since the 20th January 2007 Special General Meeting. Efforts continue to provide some tennis for local children, but the Club needs a home to be able to function normally. We have maintained our affiliation to the LTA through Devon County so far, but the proposed transfer to LTA online registration this Autumn will create real problems. The computer programs in use only cater for clubs fitting the mould. We don’t, and are trying to tackle this issue. I have suggested manual registration as a possible solution for us.

• Exeter ’s Bid for Unitary Status. This bid was invited by the previous government, and has cost City taxpayers dearly since being pursued by Exeter City Council. The High Court effectively ended the process by blocking it (details), Mr Justice Ouseley ruling John Denham’s approach to have been unfair and unlawful (details). I made representations throughout the bid from Boundary Committee to the House of Lords, and am glad common sense in acknowledging realities finally prevailed.

• Website and Videos. There is so much to post on the website that it will be a real struggle to catch up. Recorded information is ready to hand. Perhaps I need the long winter evenings, but even they tend to fill up with priority commitments. Video viewings have slowed down a bit recently, the total now exceeding nineteen thousand. I’m still handing out a number of my little cards each day to all and sundry, so YouTube is still ticking over for us. My fifth video is still a work in (slow) progress.

• Royal Mail Bullying. Two days after my hernia operation in May, Royal Mail refused to deliver an item claiming postage was 10p short. They requested payment of £1-10 without showing me the item. I didn’t pick up on this immediately, as we weren’t using 136 for a few days after my op. The circumstances surrounding this issue were highly offensive, and I find others who have experienced this treatment feel exactly as I do. I’m working on it. Summerway suffered from Big Brother tactics!

• Publicity. A number of my letters have been published in the Express & Echo this year. Website pages will hopefully cover the topics in due course. The rusting Heavitree Arch, the visit of the No2ID campaign’s national coordinator to Exeter, and the City Council’s heartless attitude to Blue Badge holder appeals have been covered.

Jenny and I won’t be going away over the coming holidays, but hope to have a day out at intervals, usually taking friends along for a treat. My last proper holiday was a week’s honeymoon in Cornwall in April 1965. I’m still living on the high! I hope you have a wonderful time if you’re planning to escape the daily grind for a while. For some Watchers living in Exeter , we have all the excitement of electing twelve City Councillors on 9th September to which to look forward. What fun!

With warmest regards,

The Summerway Junior Tennis Club Campaign.

A Very Poor Government Service

Good Afternoon Lorna, (Devon Tenders Support Team Devon County Council)

The Devon County Council Web Site does not make it very clear or easy to register as a service supplier with Devon County Council as we at A1 Positive have tried several times to register on the Devon County Council web site with no success, please can you explain why this is a huge problem with a public service web site?
please read constant problems with the Devon County Council’s Web Site below:-

Sorry, the page you requested: http://www.devon.gov.uk/index/business/doing_business_with_us/procurement-2/supplying_the_council.htm can not be found

Not at all very good why are we paying taxes for a broken public service with an authority who have a web site that is not easy to use where you can never find what you are looking for a very useless website and very bad image for a public service when all we wanted to do was simply register to supply Devon County council as a preferred supplier.

Not very User Friendly at all for Devon County Council we are most disappointed.

A very poorly designed web site who ever did this web site needs to be sacked it’s a very poor design and not user friendly at all what a waste of Tax Payers Money. (No wonder the UK is in Debt)

For a public service we are most disappointed with both Devon Procures Web Site & Devon County Council’s Web Site witch are very, very unprofessional.

With

Kind Regards

From

Dear Sir/Madam, (Devon County Council Procure Department)

Please find our website link at the bottom of this email to see the services A1 Positive Recycling Project can offer to Devon County Council as we believe that with our recycling and environmental services can reduce Devon County Councils own Co2 emissions by reducing the amount of IT equipment, Mobile Phones, Ink & Toner Cartridges from travelling out of the County of Devon by reducing the carbon footprint for Devon and having a greener, cleaner and safer environment for everyone by recycling, refurbishing in Devon meaning a vast tax payer savings on recycling services at Devon County Council rather than supporting private profit making organisations in the UK.

A1 Positive Recycling are a Devon Based Social Enterprise who aim to raise funds to set up an alternative technology/education centre for Devon to offer help and our services by reducing environmental waste and the environmental impact on Devon’s Environment, A1 believe that all Government departments, Public and private sectors trading in the county of Devon should recycle all there waste in Devon and those that don’t should receive an environment fine when found to not comply with the Duty of Care Leaflet attached this means recycling locally with Social Enterprises who are based in the county of Devon only who can reduce the co2 emissions for the County by working together this can be achieved helping to save the environment to save the world.

http://www.a1prp.co.uk/

A1 Positive Recycling Project the objects of the company shall be to establish a funding stream through the reuse, refurbishment, recycling of IT equipment, mobile phones, the collection and sorting, recycling and sale of Ink & toner cartridges to be re-manufactured, to fund the establishment of an alternative technology/education centre for adults with learning problems and to educate, empower and fund other not-for-profit Social Enterprises with primarily Social objectives for the community of which they serve, promoting “Positive Change Through Social Enterprise”

It looks very clear that UK Government don’t care about the UK Pollution or Co2 emissions getting worse here in the UK.
